For security purposes, some Android devices using MIUI (all Xiaomi phones) disable Notifications for each application. Check if you have MIUI via Settings > About Device.
If notifications are disabled for the Geozilla app, you can't refresh the user's location, and you may get a "Couldn't locate" message.
Follow these steps to fix this issue:
1) Enable Autostart for MIUI
Find the "Security" app and open it.
Go to "Permissions" and select "Autostart".
Find Geozilla in the list and swipe right to enable it.
Press Back and check if Geozilla is visible under "Apps can autostart."
2) Enable Floating and Lock Screen Notification for MIUI
Open your Phone Settings and choose Apps
Find Geozilla and choose it
Select 'Show notifications' and turn on 'Floating notifications and lock screen.'
