For security purposes, some Android devices with EMUI firmware disable Notifications for each application. Check if you have EMUI via Settings > About Device.
If notifications are disabled for the Geozilla app, you can't refresh the user's location, and you may get a "Couldn't locate" message.
Follow these steps to fix this issue:
Enable Push Notifications for EMUI
Open your System Settings, scroll down to Advanced Settings, and choose it
Go to Battery Manager and select Protected Apps
Find Geozilla in the list and swipe right to enable it
