If you'd like to deactivate your profile, please reach us at support@geozilla.com with your account ID information. If you experience issues that affect your experience with GeoZilla, please let us know, we'd be glad to take care of them for you!
IMPORTANT: Please cancel the Premium subscription if you have one (including the free trial period). Deleting your account doesn't automatically deactivate your subscription.
Cancel your Premium subscription:
For GeoZilla Website:
- Open GeoZilla app
- Open Request Support
- Request your subscription cancellation
For Android users:
- Visit the Play Store on your device.
- In the Play Store, search for.
- At the top of the page, click the Cancel button to stop your Premium subscription.

For iOS users:
- Go to 'Settings' > [your name] > 'iTunes & App Store'.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap 'Cancel' Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
