In case of an emergency, the Geozilla app can send a message to your close ones to let them know that you need help. They’ll receive a notification that you’re in trouble and information about your location.
Emergency contacts
First of all, you need to let the app know who your trusted contacts will be.
1. Open the Geozilla app
2. Open Settings from the Menu
3. Open the Emergency Contacts section and tap the 'Add contacts' green button. After that, please select contacts and confirm their phone numbers
How to send an Emergency Alert?
1. Open the Geozilla app
2. Open the Emergency Alert section from the left-side menu
3. Wait for 10 seconds for the alert to be sent. This helps prevent false emergency alerts
If your trusted contact has the Geozilla app installed, they’ll get an app notification. In case they don’t have an app on their device, they’ll get a text message.
