Please keep in mind that the service plan is required for GPS Tracker to update its location. If canceled, your device won't update its location unless you activate the service plan again.
To cancel the service plan, please contact our support team with your Tracker's ID (9-digit code on the back of the device).
You're eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the moment of purchase of the service plan.
If you're outside of the return window and still would like to get a refund due to technical issues, please contact us at email@example.com with your Tracker's ID (9-digit code on the back of the device). Our customer support team will investigate the issue, and if we determine the device to be defective, we'll either provide you with the free replacement or issue a full refund of the purchase.
