After you purchase GeoZilla GPS Tracker from our website, we'll make sure to ship the order as soon as possible, provide you with the necessary information to track the package, and assist you in case you need to make changes to your order.
You're welcome to address all shipping-related inquires to our email support@geozilla.com. One of our Customer Success team members will reply to you within 24 hours during business days — Monday to Friday (it might take a bit longer on Friday evening and weekends).
Below you will find information about tracking the order, shipping fees, delivery schedule, customs fees, and more.
Order status
Once you complete your order on our website, we'll automatically send you a confirmation letter to an email address you've provided during the checkout.
This confirmation letter will contain the following information about your purchase:
- Order #
- Order date
- Purchased items
- Total amount & shipping cost
- Shipping address
- Payment method
If you can't find your letter in the inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as well. Sometimes letters may appear there. If 24 hours have passed and you still didn't receive your confirmation letter, please contact our support team at support@geozilla.com.
Tracking information
Once we receive your order, our Delivery Department ships the package through the postal service to the address you've provided during the checkout. Your Tracker will be on its way to you and we'll send you a separate letter containing the tracking information.
Сustoms fee upon receiving the device
At GeoZilla, we are committed to making your customer experience as smooth as possible. As it turns out, sometimes, there are additional customs fees, tariffs, or local taxes that are inquired by a customer at certain countries or locations. Please check with your local customs regulations if there is an additional fee for international deliveries.
Delivery Schedule
- Asia — up to 3 days.
- Africa — please reach our customer support for the delivery times.
- Europe — up to 3 days.
- Oceania — Australia & New Zealand - up to 3 days. Please check with the customer support about the delivery times to other countries.
- North America — the USA - up to 2 days, Canada & Mexico - up to 3 days, other countries - up to 1 week
Important: we do not deliver to the LATAM region.
Changing shipping address
If you haven't received a letter containing tracking information, you may still change the shipping address by contacting us at support@geozilla.com with your Order # and an alternative address.
PO BOX
As it turns out, our postal service cannot ship orders to PO Boxes at the moment. Please provide an alternative shipping address and we'll be glad to deliver GeoZilla GPS Tracker to you.
Missing & damaged packages
If the information on a tracking page doesn't update within 7-10 days, please reach us at support@geozilla.com. We'll find out more details about the situation and take care of the delivery for you.
Also, please reach us right away if you've received a damaged device or the package isn't complete.
